Lindley is an associate attorney at Goranson, Bain, Larsen, Greenwald, Maultsby & Murphy, P.L.L.C. whose practice focuses on financially complex divorce matters, dissolution of LGBT partnership agreement matters, LGBT partnership agreements, and high conflict custody matters.   She practices both collaborative law and traditional litigation and recognizes the importance of managing the financial and emotional costs of highly contentious family matters through the collaborative law process in order to achieve the best possible outcomes for her clients and their families.   From having her M.B.A. in Finance, Lindley has a constructive and financially minded approach to difficult family, property, and business issues and focuses on long term strategy and customized solutions for her clients.  She draws on her extensive experience at the collaborative table to assist clients in evaluating their options and achieving their objectives while staying focused on their goals, efficiency, and what is most important to them.   Lindley has been named by Texas Monthly’s Texas Rising Stars for 2010 and 2011 as one of the top young lawyers in Texas.

 

Lindley received her Bachelor’s Degree from Austin College and her J.D. and M.B.A. in Finance from Southern Methodist University.   She is the President of her collaborative practice group, Collaborative Professionals of Dallas.  She is a member of the Annette Stewart Inn of Court and the Mac Taylor Inn of Court.
